Is used motor oil considered halogenated or non-halogenated waste?

I have the opportunity to dump my used motor oil in the solvent waste receptacle at work but I'm wondering which drum to put it in? Are there halogenated constituents in motor oil? (no, I didn't use Prolong!!)

Halogens are present in motor oil as contaminates only with the exception of Teflon additives. Except for the esters bringing in oxygen, the oil base its self is nothing except hydrogen and carbon. Most of the additives are metals.

If the non halogen tank work is convenient, it is an environmental friendly choice.
