My '23 Silverado 1500 Z71 crew cab with tow package GVWR 7100 lb. is 1650 lb. max load and 7k towing max. No max tow package just standard package.
None of my trailers will ever be over 4000 lbs. I've only got single axle trailers, boat included. Never more than 3 onboard either so my choice of a 1500 series truck fits my needs.
Want off roading package or big towing that is the compromise.
They just came out with a 2500 series truck with the ZR2 off road package. I don't know the towing ratings on it though but probably less than a non-off road model.
