Green Filter

Guessing your boost is being controlled to a certain level...by a computer using a boost pressure gauge. Unless your turbo can't spool just a bit faster with inlet restriction, it will just be commanded to supply more boost with a restricted inlet. I'm guessing an air filter on a mostly stock car with a turbo will do NOTHING for increased power.

The green brand filter I used was not oiled like k&n, which I saw as a plus. The oiling helps catch smaller particles but the real gains are as they get dirty.

I know it’s blue and not green, but anyone heard of these? Are they any better than K&N in their ability to actually filter out smaller particles? I already own this and enjoyed the added turbo noises (and maybe power) but ultimately got a bit paranoid and went back to Honda OEM filters after just a few thousand miles

Did you decide to keep it? I'm also curious how well these filters work.
