Got 2 10lb bags rice at dollar store. Like $3/bag deal!!

I can use my rice cooker and know gf has some recipes. Any other ideas you great folks have or recipes you can share?

I used to cook "for leftovers" spicy sausage, melted cheese on rice in tupperware.

The sausage drippin's gave the rice what it needed.
