sounds like a conspirarcy by american automakers - GM and Ford are sending in undercover workers to "assemble" the foreign cars in american plants.
 
You guys crack me up. On the other, the Toyota I bought new in '82, was the most expensive car I've ever owned to maintain. What's with that? The beaters I've bought since then don't count.

For what it's worth, it was the carrier peice for the window, not the motor or any electrical component. Also, take note Nissan, Mercedes and Chevrolet used these pieces recently too and they all had the same problems.
