GON's Retirement Home

I don't know the terrain...but too close to the coast in a hurricane zone for me...
(but what do I know, i'm from Ohio...)

With a crown vic and RT43s and a fresh supertech oil change, he'll be on his way shortly :D

I have an aunt who lives quite literally down the road from there(on Castle Hayne road but closer into Wilmington...basically on the backside of the airport).

Not a bad area at all, aside from the not infrequent hurricane damage. We were just there back in August and you can still see some effects from the last big one that came through, Florence in 2018.

The downstairs of the house is really nice. Master bath has that wow factor. That garage seems a bit overkill but for the right person that loves working on cars it's a great house. Has a lot of wife appeal, too.

The house has multiple "display cases" of model-looking cars or similar so clearly the current owner is a car person (besides the obvious of the 3-bay auto shop with multiple lifts).
