Good luck! And yes, I think everyone gets very nervous for this type of thing.
Make sure you stay partially hands-on, whatever you do.
Good luck! You may have it already and don't know it. I know with my employer, they often have the 'preferred candidate' picked out, but have to interview several to satisfy HR.
