I'm looking for a scanner that can relearn crankshaft position and fuel/alcohol composition for my 2010 Silverado. Outside of the Tech 2, any one know of a scanner that can do such relearns?

What's wrong with Tech 2? I bought a $350 clone years ago that works great.
Nothing wrong with it other than I don’t own one... I figured someone here probably knows of a more affordable version.

Crank relearn is usually available on low end bi-directional scan tool and the fuel/alcohol composition is usually available too in most scanners that use all the PIDS. I have a tech 2 as well as the later MDI but I have other scan tools as well. I can tell you for a fact that any snap on will do it (buy a used one off ebay) and I have an Innova 3160 (I think) that has the function. Quite a few Chineses clones of Tech2's out there - they are garbage - but for light personal use they may work. You take the risk.
HP-Tuners does both of those, Might be able to find a used MPVI-1 or MPVI-2 Interface?
