1995 Buick Skylark has the fasten seat belt light on in the dash all the time even when belt is fastened. I took the drivers door panel off for something else but notice is has two seat belt retractors in the door and the wiring connectors to both are disconnected. When I connect them, I hear a click from the solenoid therein. Anybody with knowledge of these know why they might have been disconnected and is that why the light is on? Maybe they were draining the battery?
