I've talked to everyone I can think of, including calling a few tech lines and I've got bubkiss.

Royal Purple at least told me that once it's OUT of the warranty period, they would recommend Synchromax. But will void.

I've got a 16 Buick Regal that calls for this stuff in the transfer case and looking like my only option is getting the genuine article shipped in at around $50/qt....

Eastern makes this one for GM, http://www.weirparts.com/msds/2009/19256084.pdf

Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

You can use Amsoil Severe Gear 75w90 and then add 1.69oz of LSD additive GM P/N: 88900330

Won't void the warranty according to Amsoil.

Just called Amsoil (1:23PM PST), they told me they have no replacement. Did not offer any other recommendation.

The 88900330 LSD additive is a GM product. You can't get that to add to the Amsoil 75w90 or any other 75w90 for that matter?

I looked it up on Amsoil's website using their application guide and they said that the GM LSD additive must be added to their fluid to make it work.

How much fluid is required? If only a qt or two it is prob worth just getting oem. Or just leave the factory fill in until an aftermarket equivalent is available.

19256084 is an obsolete P/N.

It has been superseded by P/N 19351882 (ACDelco 10-4105).

It's still $50/quart. Capacity is .69 qt, so you'll only need one.

Where are you getting this information?

http://www.dstgateway.com/ACDelcoChemicalV2/#/catalog

That is AC Delcos current chemical catalog. 19256084 (10-4076) is a current part number. You'll find it under synthetic gear lubes on the menu.

edit: I forked out the cash for the factory fluid, still hope someone can find a replacement in the future though.

So this is probably correct. Because it's what was in the box I just opened after ordering original part number. Ordered via WorldPAC
