Probably not a lot. It looks like one meets a different GM specification than the other, though both are DOT 4. If we had a PDS, I'd wager that the boiling points are a bit different. Up here, we have one company (Prestone I think, but not sure) that offers a couple different DOT 4 formulations, with there being a difference in price and boiling points.
 
Some brake fluid manufacturers such as ATE and Pentosin brag that their newest DOT4 formulas have lower viscosity, and that the lower viscosity enables ABS solenoids to work faster, making ABS braking more effective.

If both fluids had viscosity info, that would be something to consider.
