Glass Crack. How to deal with it ?

Anyone think this is a stress crack ? given that it starts right at the edge of the windshield ? and there is no major sign of anything hitting the glass ?
That happen to me one summer when I blast cold AC air right after I got into a parked car in 100F heat under full sun. I'd never do that again since then.
