This is pretty crazy. The video is two minutes long, the incident happens at the end of the video. Too bad the dogs didn't sense there was danger in the area.

I wonder if the python was someone's pet that escaped? My friend's Burmese Python used to get out of it's cage all the time and he'd find it stretched out on a window sill catching some rays

After re-watching this, the birds in the background seem to be sounding general quarters alerting everyone of the predator on the loose.
