I have one spare tire laying around. Its mostly under cover but wind driven rain gets in it sometimes. It pretty much filled with rainwater while lying on its side. Any tricks to slosh the water out efficiently? All I know to do is flip it over and over. Not much comes out each flip. Its a bit tedious to do this.

Tilt the tire side to side. When the water collects on one side, quickly try to dump it out before it can run to the other side.

Oh, it's unmounted? Hold it in front of you and slosh the far end down-then-up. You want to start a wave then move the tire so the wave flops out through the bottom bead.

Drill a hole in the sidewalk and lay on a flat surface .

Here’s a better idea than placing a water-filled tripping hazard on the sidewalk…..

Drill a hole between the tread blocks. Stand tire up and have the hole facing down. Rains come and the water runs out of the hole. Next time you need the tire, just plug the hole and you’re gtg.
