I just saw over at TDI Club that George Morrison, GeorgeCLS here at BITOG, provider of valuable information and fine products through his AVLubes website, passed away on November 14th.

George Edward Morrison, 64, Thornville, Ohio, died Friday at OSU Medical Center in Columbus.

Born Sept. 1, 1944, in DuBois, he was a son of the late George Calhoun and Florence M. Johnson Morrison. He was married to Kay Morrison for 42 years. She survives.

He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army Reserves.

He worked as an engineering sales associate for Petroliance LLC in Groveport, Ohio.
He was a member of the Society of Triboligist Lubrication Engineers in Brockway, the Free and Accepted Masons, Aladdin Shrine Temple, Columbus, the AmVets, the Society of Mining Engineers and the Desmohio Ducati Club.

He is also survived by one daughter, Kati Morrison of San Francisco; and one son, George Clifton Morrison of Delaware, Ohio.

A funeral service [was] held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Gerri Lampton officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the James Cancer Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.
