This might be trivial to some, but I think it's very cool.
I have a relative that works at a casino here in La. (Louisiana). He's in charge of the slots and some gambling tables. When the dice need to be changed out he wraps them up, labels them with their security tracking numbers, and gives them away after awhile. If you place a light on them they glow.
Anyway, I thought it was very cool to own some real gambling dice and just wanted to share it. :)

Casinos retire dice and cards very often. We must have 40 decks of cards. They sell the used decks from between $0 and $2 depending on where you go.

When the dice fall off the craps table, someone will pick them up and give them back. The dealer will inspect them before putting them back in play to make sure no swtcheroo.

He's getting me 2 decks of cards within the next week, and some more dice.
He told me how to display the dice in a light so that they will glow and make for a great talk piece on a shelf.
