I know its only avalible at AZ but how do i tell it from regular castrol syntec 0w-30?

Look for the RED "0W30" label on the front of the bottle & "Made in Germany" on the back.
Follow Brikhead's advice.
Also look on the bottom of the bottle. In white block letters, look for date codes beginning with at least M02. For example, it might read like this: M023246B251051-3 23:51
The latest GC has a date stamp beginning with M05.
