UOA will not count particles that you can see with your naked eye.
If there are more visible particles after second change I would be very worried.

even for break in period wear on that engine looks very high

How can you have particles that big without at least some indication in a UOA? I could see it happening if the UOA were normal, but this one is apparently much better than normal.

Not necessarily disagreeing with you, by the way. Just interested to learn.
