Wanting to use 10W-20 HPL Euro NO VII engine oil in my 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan. Just wondering if using a full SAPs add pack would do any harm to vehicle that calls for low SAPs oil. Anything that I should be concerned about?

If it's not burning any oil then should be ok to use it but it's a good general recommendation to use a LSPI add pack on any engine that needs it.

every DI engine has this problem and reason for SN/SN+. I have seen few engines with broken ring landings from LSPI
Neither of my twin turbo DI vehicles have this problem. A40 oil in both of them. don't care about SN/SN+/SP.

You will be fine. That oil has a very low Noack of ~4%. Compare that to a common low SAPS oil with ~10% Noack. Which oil do you think will contribute more damage to emissions systems?

LSPI isn't a concern with that engine. Even if it was, that oil would still be a solid choice. That oil has a fairly high amount of ester and MoDTC, both of which are LSPI quenchers. Combine that with top shelf base oils that have high natural oxidation resistance, LSPI will not be a problem. This is actually a more effective method of LSPI prevention than reducing calcium.

Why do you want to use this oil vs. a more standard "504" type (0W-30 etc.)?
Car has less than 50K miles, and I've used the HPL Euro 0W-20 since 30K miles. I plan on keeping the vehicle as long as I can, so I want to use the best oil to keep the engine protected from wear and fuel dilution. Am I wrong to want to use the HPL EURO NO VII 5W-20 oil?

I would use their Euro 5W30. If going No VII, use also Euro 5W30.

No I'm just not sure why you think the no-VII is doing anything for you here vs. what you are using or going to their 0/5W-30 Euro.
