Fuel, Winter blend - Summer blend.

Anyone know when the refiners change over to the Summer blend. I imagine it's regional when it happens.

No, but I hope it's soon. Winter gas sucks.

Winter gas hits stations in mid Sept. and Summer gas hits around end of April/1st of May.

Nov 1 to May 1, at least that is what the sticker says on the pump in my area.

I've never noticed a label like this at the pump. Is it an DOT or EPA label?

Summer fuel runs from May 1 to September 15. EPA Guide on Federal and State Summer RVP Standards for Conventional Gasoline State regulations, local regulations, local weather, acts of god, and demand can change the dates. Bottom line: the fuel changes when the trucker says it does.
