Why are the mix ratios all over the chart? Some are as high as 3000:1. They only gave a cursory explanation about it.

IMO, this study was flawed because of the different mix ratios, that's like comparing apples and bananas.

I believe they say they used the recommended ratios. Recommended
from the manufacturer.

The downloaded file is a PHP, which apparently opens in Adobe just like a PDF. PHP is usually something else, which confused me.
