Frankenbrew for a 2005 S500 with 237k miles

Changed the oil on my 2005 S500 with 237k miles. This car was a salvage rebuild, flood victim of Hurrican Harvey in Houston. Car has been awesome, but I am ready to retire/ part her out- but she won't stop ticking to matter how much I neglect her. The S500 takes eight liters of oil.

Today's oil change:
5 quarts of Pennzoil Euro 0w40
2 liters of Pentosin Euro 5 w40
1 quart of Mobil 1 5w30 truck and SUV
1/2 quart of Mobil 1 Annual protection 0w20
