Fram PH7317 C&P

PH7317 with unknown mileage out of a K24A2 that my brother had purchased, can dented due to removal pliers.
Engine has a supposed 260k KM on it, filter seems to be very dark and had a decent bit of carbon in the can.
Engine was supposed to go into our civic track car but it tested with a couple of cylinders leaking during the leakdown test.
