FPPF - Same as Fuel Power?

I located a product called FPPF, which is also refered to as fuel power. Is this the fuel power we know and love? Here is a link:

They have that at most truck stops around the country in the diesel formula....had to do a double-take on the way to the restroom every time I stopped on the way back from Kansas a few weeks ago because I thought it was the real stuff!

I remember seeing that stuff at a truck stop and once I put a bottle of it in my '83 Olds Ciera 4.3 diesel. It smelled like Fantastik spray cleaner. I remember reading one of the ingredients was glycol ether. I was told by several diesel "experts" that any product of this composition wasn't a good thing to use. They all recommended Stanadyne fuel additives, but I usually bought Power Service from Wal-Mart.

I run FPPF Total Power in all of my fuel. Fuel Power is a very highly concentrated part of Total Power...

What was being confirmed here is FP60 (Fuel Power) by www.lubecontrol.com is not the same as the Fuel Power FPPF.
