FP seemed to help my 2 cycle leaf blower

My Sears 2 cycle leaf blower would not start/run after a winter of setting in the garage. Would start and run a bit thne die. Think the gas was very stale.

I put a bit of fuel power in the oil/gas mix and it finally started. Now it runs fine on the old stale gas. FP must be some good stuff.

Ive never had a problem with gas getting stale over the winter. Ive often stored nearly 5 gallons of gas all winter long, and then upon first use in the sprin, had no issues at all.

Maybe NJ and NE PA gas is better quality than other places, but sometimes I just find it hard to believe that gas is going stale so quickly.

My father and I were just discussing how our ariens gave us 20 years of faithful service without an issue, despite running on 'stale' gas at the beginning of each season.

At the same time, our sears leafblower has always been tough to start

Its an interesting observation... all the same.

I have noticed all my power equipment is starting better using Fuel Power. I used to be paranoid, that if I did not use fresh fuel, it would mean hard starting or a carb rebuild. I am using 2-cycle mix from last fall with out a problem in my Solo 471 KAT. No problem starting. Even my old Atlas 1970's snowthrower started in a few cranks this past winter. My observation is similar, things that were hard starting before, are now starting without a problem using Fuel Power, even when the gas is old.

When I stated stale gas, I assumed that was why it did not start well. The gas was at least 6 months old.

BTW, I used sears oil to mix with gas which has a fuel stablizer. Perhaps stle gas is not the real problem but varnish, water or some contaminant is the issue. Even so, I believe it runs better with fuel power.
BTW, the Lawboy 4-cyle started with the first pull!!

I have an old Ryobi given to me by an in-law because of a lack of her need anymore and some repair issues. I had some two year old mix with a fuel stabilizer I think it was Castle in the tank added some "Mola's brew"(FP and Neutra) I wanted something a little fresher in there so I added a few ounces of last summers boat motor mix. I know the boat motor TCW3 oil is not right for a weed wacker but it was synthetic and it was just a little to see if it would start. I was amazed it started rather quickly inside 30seconds of when I began to pull

I see an infomercial comming where we go to the junkyard with a battery and a bottle of "'brew" and show how it makes those old junkers purr even after years of neglect

I actually left it idle for 20 minutes to try to burn off some fuel, shut it down because I figured everyone was sick of the noise but when another neighbor started up with some construction I figured what is a little more noise and left it go for another 15 minutes again. It is running OK but not great but then again it is probably a 10 year old spark plug and couple year old gas so that it runs at all is impressive to me.

I have had trouble with stale gas and FP cured those troubles. I use LC and FP in 2 stroke mixes.

I have been using FP for a year now. I just recently started using LC as well.

The FP and LC combo in the 2 cycle engines is great. It really seemed to smooth out my weed eater and leaf blower.
