Ford Motorcraft FL-820S Cut Open

This was from a 2005 Mustang GT (4.6 V8) and only had about 2,000 or 2,500 miles if I remember right. I tried telling them it could go further, but they wanted it changed since it sat all winter on the vehicle. Oil still looked like new. Pleats were a little wavy around the seam. No tears, which I'd expect since it had such low mileage. I wouldn't use one past 5,000 miles personally until the tearing problem is completely fixed.
