Time for tires on my Fusion 2012 SEL looking at Pirelli P-4 or General Exclaim at Wal Mart, ant experience with either?

Put the p-4s on my neon a few years back, based on a review of someone in Michigan,who had put them on their neon, and they handled all the winter weather Michigan could throw at him, and he never felt like he needed snow tires. The only reason I'm not running pirellis anymore, is their sale a few years back to a Chinese chemical conglomerate.
