Flushing when changing oil brands?

That would just be a waste of perfectly good oil. Plus a waste of money on top of that.

Be a friend to the environment and your wallet and just say no.
 
I have a question. I've used Mobil 5w30 (full syn) in my car for most of its life. Now I am switching to a different oil (Castrol 0w30).

Should I run a flush change (this 0w30 castrol) for a few hundred miles then do another oil change to make sure I get all the Mobil 5w30 out?
 
If it makes you feel any better, I'm running 4 litres of Mobil 5W30, 1 litre of GC, and a 1/2 litre of Penzoil platinum 5W30 right now. All is well. A little too well.........
 
LOL Ray H - I guess BP would really like me if I did that all the time.
