Fleetguard LF3806 on Cummins 6.7 for 600 to 700 hours and 400+ on the last oil change.

Been saving this one for a while. Its been upside-down draining for the last 2 weeks. The app is a generator and the oil is the cheapest 55 gallon drum 15w-40 money can buy.
Edit, it's probably ecopower safty-kleen sys inc oil.

Somethings to be said about modern common rail injection and modern oils.
Very disappointed there wasn't a bunch of gunk.
 
If it were my Cummins 6.7l this is not how we'd roll. I'm thinking 150ish hour oci and send off an oil sample and see what it says then go longer or shorter based on that. If I change the oil in one that's got around 100hr it looks like oil that's still good. Getting much over 200hr and the oil is opaque black and stinks. I'd be shocked if a 250hr oil sample came back and said "oil is fine, keep running it for another hundred hours".
