We no longer have the Hyster forklift at work, so I decided to cut open the extra oil and hydraulic filters for it today. Here is the hydraulic filter off of it. Made in France. Enjoy

Thanks for the pics. I like the cutter in "pic. #20"
Where does Fleetguard land in perceived quality rankings? Do they have a full line of filters?
I can only comment on the ones that I have cut open: I do not know anything about their efficiency numbers, hopefully somebody else can chime in on that, but they are built like a tank. This filter took quite a while for me to cut through the can, but so did the factory hydraulic filters on my Kubota, hydraulic filters are generally pretty thick since they see some pretty high pressure.
As far as Fleetguard's lineup, they are geared more towards semi trucks and heavy equipment, but do have some filters for passenger cars and trucks, although I believe that quite a bit of their passenger car/truck filters are made by someone else. They are generally very quality filters. They are owned by Cummins, have switched the name between Fleetguard to "Cummins Filtration" and back again.

I work for the company and call tell you we carry more than 8,500 SKUs. As someone else said, we primarily focus on heavy-duty diesel applications, but we do carry a lot of crosses for other applications. You can cross-reference on the cumminsfiltration.com online catalog or the mobile app. The filter in this original post looks to be one manufactured at our facility in Quimper, France.

I have a question for you "OVERKILL" mentioned you work for the company, so I was wondering does filter # LF17531 have a silicone anti drain back valve like Ford OEM or nitrile?
