Flatbread

I was bored and hungry, so I made a flatbread. Really simple, just with tomato, onion, cheese and herbs.

How'd you get that white looking stuff that doesn't appear to be tomato, onion, cheese and 'erbs ?

A little tandoori would go nice with the red onion.

Actually, that's the onion. It's white because I forgot the onion before I threw the bread on the pizza stone in the oven. I tossed a handful of chopped onion in maybe 5 minutes before the bread was done, and I didn't end up with browned onion. I'm guilty as charged.

The onion looked actually more glassy, not white. Sloppy lighting and overexposure turned the onion white. Keep in mind I made this at 4 am!

Ahhh, I keep forgetting that there are 2 4 o'clocks in any given 24 hour period.

bread tomato and cheese are big breaky faves down here for 3/4 of the family

As to the pickie, I tried to make a photo of a partially fried light fixture earlier this evening...going to wait for daylight, as adding light to detail and focus are messing with my skills level for the present time.
