Why? If you look at the dudes checking it out, the car doesn't even come up to their waste. Thus, my 5-yr-old could probaby fit inside. I know I wouldn't want to try. Someone had lots of $$ and time to waste...

Looks to me like an all plastic not-street-legal toy based on one of those "replica racer" chassis with motorcycle engines... It would be fun to draft 18 wheelers... under their trailers...
