First chance to use my Ribe socket set

On rear seat mounting bolts

Bought this set on Amazon 3 years ago for under $12. No idea if I would ever use it, but at that price....

that bolt doesn't look Ribe to me, the teeth are supposed to be square.

Look at the two photos- the Ribe socket teeth are square edged. The seat anchor bolt has rounded edges.

That’s not a Ribe bolt.

Looks more like Torx Plus.

I learned something today, I've never heard of Ribe before, Torx is how I would have identified it. Thanks @atikovi

+1 Torx Plus. Not Poly Drive or Ribe. Edit, I thought they were the same but apparently there is some difference. I only have a couple of Poly drive for VW

Well it still worked.

Sure it did, Allen also works on 12 points and Torx can be used to remove buggered Allen heads. This is not ideal but it works in a pinch but it is not a substitute for the correct bit. This is a Ribe head, not that common.
