Finally synthetic 15w40

Now that Rotella T4 and T6 are the same price , I am now running 15w40 T6 synthetic in my 2.0 mk6 Jetta. I ran regular t4 at 7,500ish miles every oci since I purchased this car at 112,000ish miles. I did notice there were only fram filters with the screen mesh for most of the filters there at walmart. I got a fully synthetic oil and filter for only $36.05! This should last me 10,000 mile intervals. I love 15w-40!

Delo 15w-40 400 XSP synthetic is $19 a gallon at walmart

older models were just over 4 qts but more capacity these days. dont see your location but 15-40 is good unless it gets real cold, less viscosity improvers needed to go from the 15 winter to a 40 at running temp

Yeah it doesnt get under 40 degrees over here so I am good.
