Dunno, not my vehicle so ask or tell brian123
The other filter from Brian123; he tells me that was the factory filter in his other 2005 Crown Victoria. I dunno if the factory filter from my 2011 Focus is a FILTRAN or MC. I have it laying around somewhere in the shed.

I think Ford uses the Filtran as factory fill. That was the case for my 2002 Lincoln filter when I replaced it in June. The Ford dealer gave me the exact same one. I wish my filter looked as clean as this one though. It was black at the 71K mile point.
