Filter brands that come with clean baseplate threads?

Tired of doing their job for them, a bit of cutting oil is one thing but chips of steel from cutting the threads is another. IIRC Denso filters come clean (and shrink wrapped!) but I haven't bought one lately. I've sworn off Wix for this problem (among other random debris), and a Mahle I got off rock auto as order filler that even had ragged edges on the inlet holes.

Purolator was terrible about this. I have never seen a Fram with metal chips or thread chasings there.
I've looked close at Fram threads and the ones I have used look to be rolled instead of cut, so no chips/debris. I still clean them up "just in case" regardless of what filter brand I use.

The Pro-Tec Master Pack of filters that I bought from O'Reilly had every single filter individually wrapped, I looked closely at the threads during my last oil change after reading a bit here. Everything looked perfect. For the cheapest filter(s) I could find, can't complain for my purposes.
