Until our wimpy society decides to toughen up and begin hanging scamming spammers in the village square while the little kids beat the bloke like a pinata and the big kids pummel the neck-stretched miscreant with rocks and assorted hard heavy objects, we'll just have to settle for the "peaceful warm fuzzy we will rehabilitate them" methods.
