Happy wife happy life.I could buy a Ferrari but I love my wife!
He would have hosed you anyway. When we were about to hit 280 southbound, I put our car in Insane mode, just in case, as he pulled out of the fast lane...
Earlier I was at a stoplight next to one of those pumped up Challengers... I put it in Insane mode and wifey said, "No you don't..."
Fun day all around. Beautiful Nor Cal day!
He would have hosed you anyway.
The Plaid is 1.9 second 0-60 and a low 9 second qtr mile car. Takes a pretty special car to touch those numbers...With the money difference - should drag race a Plaid …
When I was in high school, there were Road Runners, Chevelles, Novas, Mustangs and even a 427 '68 Vette in the parking lot. And some tricked out V-Dubs. All super cool. Lotsa Honda 350's and 450's. Loved 'em all.Even though I have a tidbit of jealousy, those are neat cars. I’ll never be able to own one. I think I enjoy the engine sound more than any other aspect of those cars. Truly salivating.
Though I can’t afford one, a commoner like me can still enthusiastically enjoy a niche car like my manual transmission Toyota minivan.
So it’s quite possible the Ferrari owner and a middle income guy like me could share the same passion for cars, but mine won’t win any trophies![]()
