One of the local favorites is Fairbury brand hot dogs. These are the official hot dogs of the Nebraska Cornhuskers and are served at the college football games. (Too much red, artificial coloring for my buying habit, though)
I have found the Ballpark brand to have quite a variety of good quality stuff. In fact, their deli-style franks compare favorably with the Kosher hot dogs I have tried. I miss the discontinued Grillmaster franks, but they have enough variety to keep me happy.
The Nathan's franks I have tried here have almost always tasted "off," as though they had not been properly refrigerated for their entire journey to North Texas.
Hebrew National usually. Just happened on this thread while trying a couple of Oscar Meyer Bacon Dogs. And no matter what brand, always mustard and relish.

When I was a young child we lived in New Jersey. My brother liked only Oscar Meyer Weiners and only with ketchup. It used to drive the family nuts. The rest of us happily chowed down on Hebrew National or American Kosher (remember that brand?) with mustard.
