Fastest USB flash on the market

This is known as the fastest USB drive on the market right now, as It's using dual channel technology (I think OCZ is the only company to use dual-channel technology in USB flash drives).

Im still not into the whole ipod thing....but who knows? I might get interested if i get some more hrs at the pharmacy-part-time job

Can't wait to get the OCZ Rally...will post again when I've compared it with my wife's Crucial USB flash.

I kind of went this route. Got an iAUDIO X5 player with 20GB hard drive (not flash). I did some transfer speed testing on a 256 MB (262144 KB) file:

Write speed: 15.7 MB/s
Read speed: 16.1 MB/s

So basically, transferring a 256 MB file takes about 16 seconds. I can live with that.

And, on top of having a portable drive, I also have a digital audio player, movie player, picture viewer, FM radio, voice recorder, and line-in audio encoder (directly into MP3). Granted, it's not as small as as an average USB drive and costs a lot more, but I love that little critter - the sound quality is awesome.

Now, if the MP3 players only had cell phones and calendar in them, it would be great.

I wonder when we will have iPod cell phones (and I don't mean the Motorola ROKR).

I want a Dell Axim with the 60gb drive that's in the iPod. Then I'll have bluetooth, wifi, email, calendar, tasks, mp3, HDD space to spare, gps, etc all in one. I still want my phone separate. I trade phones more often than PDAs. I'm still using my 5 year old Handspring Palm PDA.
