Homemade fair food... sausage sandwich with fresh local onions, peppers, shrooms, and hand-cut Maine Potato fries! I'd give you the recipe, but I just did!

That is so cool! I mean that. What I'm doing now is making REAL SIMPLE recipes from a website. I can tweak the recipes later. It's a gas. TRANSLATION: I'm enjoying doing it.
