Wow.. that is creepy. There is no way I would give them a copy of my photo ID! I have never ever had a facebook account, and this further confirms why I don't ever want one! (or any social media for that matter)
Huh? I've never seen that. Did you just create an account or just trying to add another photo?

Agreed. I don't know why anyone would think I care about a picture of their dog wearing a funny hat, or what they had for brefas anyway...

I suspect that:
1. His account has been hacked and someone is using his name for a criminal purpose.
2. He has a questionable name.
3. Someone has accused him of a crime, and the Feds or police are involved.
4. This is a false site; "phishing." #4 is most likely.
It can be any of these or something else.

+1! I have better things to do with my time than look at strange pictures. A lot of people think it is strange that I don't do any social media. I tell them that I only do email, if you want me to see something you can email it to me.

Does a human have time to look at all the pics? Upload a neck up shot of your dog. See what happens.
I had to give Hotmail my phone number or I would lose all my saved mail. It is big brother for sure. They do not want people to be able to communicate with each other anonymously. Try to open an email account without giving them any info, it's getting harder and harder to do.
I would photo-shop some nonsense photo ID and submit it.
