Facebook Marketplace- Ships to you?

I don’t get it.

I look up just about anything within a 60 mile radius and there’s always something far far away with a low dollar ($4-ish) shipping fee.

For example, I searched tractor and a cheap rider with no hood came up. $250 plus a $3 shipping charge. I assume these are scams? I see it with farm equipment, tools, auto parts etc.

This. Likely someone is inexperienced in selling and didn't know how much it cost to ship, and FB dup them into shipping.

Its seller error. if you dont turn it off it is goofy.. Looked at a deere 318 post.. 900lb tractor.. ships for $12.50 from 300 miles away.

It's the inverse-- you have to jump through hoops to NOT say you'll ship it.
