1973 911 Carrera 2.7 RS (yes, it's a real one). Fastest car of the day by a good margin.

It's also one of only 1850. 2.7L with 210hp, only about 2300lbs. Homologation special.

Also, checked my rear tires before heading home and noticed that I've worn them down to the wear bars. My face when:

Michelin Pilot Sport PS2, which I wasn't really crazy about anyways. Had hoped they'd last until it was time for winter tires, but oh well.

Probably Michelin Pilot Super Sports in the M3 GTS sizes (+10mm up front, + 30mm in back).

The 914-6 GT (I remember seeing the Brumos liveried one racing live, and in person, maybe even with Peter Gregg behind the wheel??), and the Cayman Rs are my fave Stuttgartmobiles from above, but yes, the naturally aspirated RSes are my fave 911 series cars as far as looks go (LOVE the flares!).

I had a 914-6 for 3 years, what a fun track rat! Loved it, but parts fell off regularly. They are NOT low maintenance!

Haven't seen one in ages being actually driven. Thanks for those pics, I love old Porsches...
