Hi, I am looking to replace my two exterior garage lights (13w LED bulbs currently) with two 55w LED floodlights. Wanted to know if it would be plug-and-play or if I would have to worry about overloading the circuit.

Yes, no.
Highly doubt you're going to overload the circuit. I'm sure the house was built under old codes and could have handled 60/100 watt (incandescent) bulbs in those fixtures.
House built in 2004. Previous owners had different bulbs, I swapped them out with the LED's. Cannot remember what they had previously (2 years ago).
2 55 watt bulbs is a lot nowadays?
For LEDs, 55w is huge. Post a link to them please.
yeah equivalent to 500W halogens each
13 watt LED is probably equivalent to 100-150 watt incandescent. 55 watt is nice for a dark driveway considering it will be on at night and possibly intermittently. LEDs use 1/7 the electricity of incandescent so no problem with wiring.
