I hired a guy today (construction) that came from Texas. We somehow got on the subject of oil and gas. He told me he used to work at TRC, which he said stood for Texas Refinery Corporation.

He said he was a mixer for some product, commercial fix-a-flat basically. What was funny though, is he said they used to sell racing oil under the TRC brand in the 70s and 80s, that they were a big name in racing. I don't remember ever hearing of them. He said that they would get 100 gallon drums of Pennzoil and it was put straight from the drums into TRC quart bottles and cans.

Here you go
