Equivalent Filters to VW Canister Type (for an Oil Cooler)

Hey all, I have a little project going on trying to adapt a sandwich thermostat onto a car (VW MK7 MQB platform with the EA888 Gen 3 engine) that was designed for a canister/cartridge type. Due to space constraints, I cannot reuse the OEM plastic filter housing because it will hit the hood, hence I'm trying to find a spin on low-profile equivalent.

Did a bit of due diligence and messaged a few of the companies that makes the OEM filter and here are the replies:

1) Baldwin/Parker

2) MANN+HUMMEL

3) WIX (owned by MANN+HUMMEL)

What I've found is that nominal and absolute ratings are all over the page. I've measured the stock VW bypass spring to be in the ~10lb neighbourhood, so if the spin on filter has a bypass in it, it just needs to be equal, or higher. The OEM VW bypass/pressure relief mechanism is a separate part which I will be retaining. Technically, that mechanism also includes the anti-drainback valve, an all-in-one if you may, hence the spin on doesn't have to have anything, other than a filter.

I've narrowed it down to:

1) Mazda N3R1-14-302 (Tokyo Roki)
2) Mazda PE01-14-302 (Tokyo Roki)/WIX 57002
3) Mobil 1 M1-108/108A
4) Nissan 15208-65F0E
5) WIX 51356

Will any of those meet the micron specs from VW/VAG? This is purely for a racing application, so at most 10K OCI, and again, I picked filters that were shorter in height. Diameter, I can go up to ~90mm (let's call it 3.5"). Oil is full synthetic.

Thanks!

Racing 10k oci? My non racing is 5k on my VW.

You have a 20mm remote mount?

Use a racing filter like Fram HP17 or from gopurepower

You did the research most are afraid to do....verified pathetic OE filter specs.

10K at max, kilometers since Canada haha. But I figure some guys aren't as religious, so 10K to be safe.

The stock VW is right at the top of the engine, and with a 1.5" thick sandwich plate, I can't run regular sized/tall filters. Trying not to go remote mount to keep it all OEM like and run less lines.
