Probably much like some Mazda Original of such VI or other japanese oils, the Supra-X is at 900, they mostly have these 800 to 1kppm it seems.

I just dumped QSUD 0w20 in my 2020 Tundra for the moly. In my 2010 Tundra I ran Mobil1 for 6 years than switched to Rotella Gas truck for that last 4 years. I liked the Rotella but all I see is the 5w20 so I went with The Q 0w20. I do 5000 mile oil changes

TGMO is over 230. So that is a false statement.
I have personally used Eneos 0W20 230 VI oil for 15k OCIs and 60k miles. Furthermore, I have personally used 0W16 motor oils, albeit with greatly lower VI's, for 350k miles at 10 to 15k mile OCIs. Beyond this, I have personally driven Toyota trucks for 1.5 million miles. These high VI oils do not run clean enough IMV. The Tundra has such a great engine. Of course you can use whichever oil you wish, and I wish you well.
