Is this what i think it is? 2 lines going under the oil filter.

il heat exchanger for a Toyota .....but they sell a seal for it ..everywhere.
Are two coolant lines plumbed to it? If so, then I'd say "yes".
Now you can "feel" all of the benefits of this device (it's a good one). It's sorta like unleashing the hidden horsepower imprisoned under your hood.
