No keyboard, trackpad, or touch screen necessary; your thoughts will control the cell phone/computer.

You guys didn't believe me when I made that statement. So let me say it now . . . I told you so!

And yes, I already predicted they'd be injecting you with nano robots into your bloodstream that will build the computer onto your brain. No surgery needed.

Neural Lace

Those dang kids and their intertubes! It all started off with the facey spaces, and now the gubmint is monitoring our brain waves with nanocomputers that were installed during mandatory vaccinations. I just want my freedomz back.

Who mentioned his age?

This thread is an extension of a statement/thread that faults millenials for the increase in integration of personal electronic devices (as quoted above).

I merely pointed out that the main culprit of this particular example far predates the millenial generation.

It's the next logical step in the technological evolution. People want to spend all their time on their cell phones and computers . . . well, now they'll become ONE with the computer . . . quite literally.

He's just feeding them what they need.

A broken clock manages to be right twice a day.

It's still nothing more than a broken clock.

When Einstein spoke about things, most had no idea what he was talking about, and quite a few thought he was a crazy old man.

Right.

How many jobs have you created and how much in taxes have you paid?

I think Musk is doing a pretty good job of both, while pushing innovation in various industries.
Revitalizing our space program isn't an easy thing to accomplish, for one. Making a viable electric car company. Etc.

It was a tongue and cheek comment.

Musk is not crazy and knows exactly what he's supposed to do.

Exactly. We all reap the dividends of his innovation. If he receives some government grants and then turns around and says hey look at my spaceship then I am completely fine with that. Other than Tang, I can't think of any other private corporation or government agency that has been so productive with our tax dollars.
